Demo Patch Notes:
- Added UI hint to continue the dialog if nothing is pressed for a long time
- Fixed annoying issue where the dialog is continued when returning from the pause menu via the left mouse button
- There is now more time to read the loading screen text ;)
- Added... a bucket filled with COAL?!
