Small Demo Update v1.3.3

Demo Patch Notes:
- Improved UX by changing the dot color when interactable items are looked at
- Slightly changed the tutorial and controls description text
- The "Chaser" has a slightly different design, making him easier to spot
- The "Chaser" now plays looped audio, making him easier to spot
- The "Chaser" doesn't immediately rush towards the player when spawned
