1. Added Legendary Pirates that roam the Seven Seas and added a Wanted Board
for them in the Tavern.
Bar keeper will sometimes reveal their locations, if you have high enough rank
2. Changed ship buoyancy, so that ships are less bouncy in waves
3. Fixed memory leak while looking at the map
4. Fixed issues with player ship being invulnerable
