Patch 1.3 - Controller bugfixes

Bugfixes
- Switched tutorial UI grading image from heart to star
- Improved sensitivity range of virtual cursor
- Fixed scrolling through menu possible during cutscenes
- Fixed various smaller controller issues with UI navigation
