Following up on the recent 0.6.9 release, here's a hotfix update, fixing a major crash bug and a minor UI issue.

Bug fixes
The following bugs should now be fixed in this update:
Picking up a scavenged enemy Tech block from the ground and clicking Right Mouse Button to send the block to storage crashes the game.
The block now gets sent correctly to storage.
Opening the cargo and hovering over a block with modifiable properties, when pressing Tab, the modifiable properties incorrectly stays on screen
The modifiable properties info disappears correctly when Tab is pressed to close the cargo panel.
