Hey everyone!
I'm running a new playtest for 1 week to test the new mods of Dawnfolk! 🎨 ⚙️
The goal is simple: Install the mods and play the new level I made using modding tools for the game and let me know what you think and if you find issues or bugs.
- Light Spire adds a new science building for the light well with incredible powers!,
- Icylands adds a new levels including a snow biome and a new race: the Iskarr. You can specialize the Iskarr to get more resources.,
I've worked hard on optimizing the game so it can run smoothly a on toaster, it's possible you'll find new bugs that were not there before. 😅
HOW TO PLAY:
- Switch to the playtest branch of the game on Steam (properties->beta->playtest, see screenshots below).
- Go to the workshop and subscribe to the mods.
- Run the game, and make sure the mods are enabled in the main menu in "options > mods",
- Press the play button, go at the top and play the "icyland" level.

Have fun!
