Hello Feather Party players!
In this update, we have brought you long-awaited new features and improvements. Here are the details:
Host Migration System
One of the biggest complaints from our players was that if the host left the game, the game would be interrupted. For example, if the host saw their score was too low, they might hit Alt+F4 and disappear, causing the other players in the lobby to disconnect and their game to close. This will no longer be the case! With the new Host Migration system, if the host leaves the game, the game will not end and the host role will automatically transfer to another player. Your gaming experience will never be interrupted again! 🎉
With this new feature, if the game is closed while results are being calculated, it will continue to show the results. If the current mini-game is not finished, it will replay it, and if it is finished, it will move to the next one. This will make your games more seamless and fun!
Crab Teammate
A crab will be assigned to the missing team in Tile Takeover and Mini-Football games. It will paint tiles in Tile Takeover and act as a goalie in Mini-Football. Your crab buddy is always there to boost team spirit!
NEW Mini-Game: Track Race
Our brand-new Track Race mini-game is now available! We have redesigned the car physics and added a system where you can earn nitro by drifting. With random obstacles (cones) appearing on the map, races have become more exciting. Different track variations will be added in the next stage, so stay tuned!
Lobby Island and Other Improvements
- The mandatory start system on the Lobby Island has been gradually updated. Now, even a single player can start the game if they enter the start area and are willing to wait long enough.
- The system in the Rollerball (sphere) mode has been changed and improved.
- The issue of the environment and the central player's image being shaky during camera rotations has been improved.
- Waiting times between scene transitions have been improved.
- Some missing localizations have been completed.
Bug Fixes
- The bug where users could not return to the lobby and got stuck on the loading screen has been fixed.
- The bug where the timer reset to 30 seconds when someone left the Preparation Area at the last second has been fixed.
- The bug that made characters appear stuck in games following the Ball Fight mode has been fixed.
- The bug where players did not have physical reactions to other players in the Rollerball (sphere) mode has been fixed.
- Some localization errors have been fixed (French and Indonesian).
- The bug where the bonus game incorrectly ran with only one player under certain conditions has been fixed.
- The bug where the goals on the lobby island were positioned incorrectly on the scoreboard has been fixed.
- The bug where particle effects on the lobby island conflicted with 3D screens has been fixed.
- The bug where mini-games that ended in a tie were not listed in the game end maps section has been fixed.
Have fun! 🦀🚗🎮
