• Reduced the amount of levels to max a forge (100 >> 50)
• Reduced the total costs to max forges (about 50% cheaper)
• Reduced the costs of most Singularity of Ruin's transmutations
• Reduced the costs of all regular raw gem forge recipes (about 50% cheaper)
• Reduced the costs of most coal and raw ore forge recipes
