Hello Crush Crew,
After posting yesterday’s notice, we carefully reviewed all your valuable feedback.
Our intention was to provide step-by-step updates, beginning with yesterday's notice.
However, we understand that the lack of detailed information may have caused frustration, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
We fully understand your concerns, and you have every right to feel the way you do.
To address these concerns, we’d like to share our detailed plans for the future of Battle Crush.
Delayed Season 1 Rewards
We’d first like to explain the delay in distributing the Season 1 rewards.
Initially, our plan was to distribute rank rewards at the start of Season 2, following a 3 week pre-season period after the conclusion of Season 1.
However, we realized that simply proceeding with Season 2 without addressing the current issues would not improve the overall experience. Therefore, we decided that more thorough preparation was necessary, and as a result, we’ve opted to introduce Season 1.5 before the launch of Season 2.
We understand that the first developer note lacked the necessary details, so we’d like to provide more comprehensive information regarding our plans for Season 1.5 moving forward.
Athena Reward Distribution Schedule
The Season 1 ranking reward, the new Calixer Athena, will be distributed on Thursday, October 10 (CEST and PT time may vary. The exact date will be introduced soon in a separate notice), which is also the target date for the Season 1.5 update.
Players who reached Red Tier or higher in Season 1 will receive Athena’s complete Calixer form along with her exclusive weapon costume (spear and shield), as a token of appreciation for your patience and dedication. This reward will be a fully completed Athena Calixer, not soul fragments.
For players who didn’t reach Red Tier, or for new users, Athena will be available for purchase using Gold from the store. However, please note that Athena’s exclusive weapon costume will remain a unique reward for those who reached Red Tier or higher and will not be available in the store.
October 10 (Thursday) – Season 1.5 Update
We are preparing for the Season 1.5 update on Thursday, October 10 (CEST and PT time may vary. The exact date will be introduced soon in a separate notice).
The focus of this update is a “faster paced Battle Crush.” To enhance the pace of the game and provide a faster, more dynamic combat experience, we are making changes to the combat system, streamlining equipment, and adding a new game mode for quick, uninterrupted battles.
Additionally, various other improvements will be fully implemented.
Here’s a brief overview of the key changes coming in Season 1.5:
Key Improvements
- Combat System Overhaul: We will address the frustration caused by the current stamina system, delivering faster, more dynamic combat to improve your overall gameplay experience.
- Equipment Streamlining: To better suit fast-paced combat, equipment items will be simplified, allowing you to focus on action rather than item management.
- New Game Mode: A new mode will be introduced where players can respawn automatically after death, allowing for continuous, fast-paced action. This mode is designed to be accessible to new players, while also offering a challenging environment for experienced players to test their limits.
- Calixer Proficiency Level System: The entry point deduction for Battle Royale team matches will be removed. In its place, we will introduce a proficiency level system for each Calixer, separate from the overall ranking system, allowing for deeper Calixer progression.
We hope that these updates will bring some much-needed excitement and anticipation to those of you who have been waiting.
Battle Crush will continue to strive for a better gaming experience with new content and improvements. We greatly appreciate your support and look forward to sharing these changes with you soon.
Thank you for your continued patience and enthusiasm!
