After listening to your feedback, new mechanics have been added that significantly change how Death Nomad is played.
As before, the demo is available for those who want to try out these changes and support the project if they wish.
What's New:
- Gameplay Modes: Easy, Normal, and Permadeath. In the first two modes, the player drops their inventory and will need to retrieve it after respawning at the last checkpoint.
- Bunkers!! A new mission is available at the outpost that will take you into a bunker filled with threats.
- New Boss: You can find it inside the bunkers.
- New Zombie Type: You'll recognize these zombies by their luminescence, as they are workers from radioactive areas exposed to radiation for a long time. Be careful—they are stronger and attack from a distance with their radioactive vomit.
- Rad Barrels: Shooting them releases radioactive substances you can use to your advantage...
- Anti-radiation equipment now protects against radioactive substances.
- Throwable items are equipped in the action bar.
- You can toggle between interactable objects around the character using the control key + mouse scroll.
