Someone reported a bug with the military tutorial, and although it was difficult to determine exactly what they were talking about, I have fixed it.
Changelog:
Units reinforce faster (it was a little too slow)
Military tutorial bug fix (gets stuck on the "select a unit" part)
Tutorial button tooltips are now accurate
Fixed volunteer army name and icon bug
