Quadice 2.0 update!

This update adds many new features and content.

• 2 new areas.
• 3 new characters.
  1. Also new costumes! Click on characters multiple times to see if they have costumes.
• 3 new songs.
• Save features.
  1. High Score in Endless Mode.
  2. Save Volume Levels.
  3. Save Custom Input Mapping.
• New 2 Player Win Conditions.
  1. First to 2,500/5,000/10,000 Points.
  2. Highest score after 2, 5, 10 minutes.
• On-screen pause button.

There are also some minor graphical updates and bug fixes, and well as some tweaks to difficulty in Challenge Mode.
