Hello Explorers,
Next week will mark exactly four months since we've launched Everwind into Early Access and we can't thank you enough for all the support we've received.
With this article, we just want to look back a bit and thank all of you who bought the game, who streamed it, shared it, commented on its social media pages, sent feedback about it, wrote a review (we're especially thankful for these) or just played the game and enjoyed it. We couldn't have gone far if you hadn't stood by our sides.
That being said, we've also encountered some hurdles that tried to block our way, but thanks to our amazing playerbase and hard-working team, we were able to squish most of them and we're already sharpening our knives to deal with the rest.
What we've achieved thanks to your feedback:
- Improved multiplayer stability
- Fixed progression issues
- Cleaned up crashes
- Worked on the saving system
- Improved proximity crafting
- Added block rotation
- Added generator control from the cockpit
- Added waypoints
- Added ladders
- Rebalanced classes, loot, spells, unique items
- Reworked archery
- Worked on the Arcanist class (first step in reworking every class)
- Released The First Ascent update!
Please, keep the feedback coming, share with us what you like (and don't like) about the game, it's invaluable for us so we knew what direction we should go next.
Also, this is just a glimpse of what we've worked on and the list is definitely not final, as there are more updates in the oven and we can't wait to show you what we're working on! In the upcoming weeks, you can expect a "Future Features" article where we'll reveal more. Stay tuned!
While you wait for them, you can take part in the ongoing Boss Rush challenge. All the rules can be found by following this link.
And if you haven't done so yet, hop into our Discord and join the community in worshipping the capybara gods.
