I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has tried out Fargone since releasing, it is amazing to see people getting into the game and providing feedback! On the topic of feedback, several bugs have been identified that I am working on ASAP. Currently, a new patch should be due every 1-2 days with these fixes in place. If you happen to find anything, not in the pinned discussion then please let me know so I can add it to the list!
Future plans
Over the next few weeks, I will be adding in a lot of content that only just missed the release date, these include more points of interest across the map, guns and a few systems related to the faction such as the ability to bribe the bandits for a reputation increase. I will also be adding to the list of attachments available for weapons.
Some missing features
On the same topic but slightly more important, there are several slots in the inventory for items that currently can't be used. Equipment and armour. Equipment is mostly complete and will be in the game very soon, these will include grenades, Molotov's and just about anything that can be thrown. Armour will be a system that allows you to attach extra components to your clothes such as armour plates.
Here is a preview of many of the guns that only just missed the release date. These will likely be launched with limited or no attachments at first and then be added to each update after. This is simply to get the guns into the world faster as even without the attachment's they are very fun to use. The 50-cal sniper does turn anything in front of you to mist so yeah people need that.
The long game
The list of things to add after this initial phase is very very long, this game has and always will be a passion project for me so the list is always growing! I will have more on this to share once the missing release content is finished and any bugs are resolved.
