FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: There's Been a Coup!

Greetings, Fighters,

We are writing this under duress. The digital denizens of Celebrity Kombat have done the unthinkable: they've unionized. We were negociating to add new virtual stars to our fighting stages, but the old ones started to protest.

Calling themselves the Federated Union of Fantastically Fictional Fighters (FUFFF), our roster of celebrity combatants has seized creative control. Their first, non-negotiable demand? To be removed from the "common rabble" of the Steam store.

They claim their brand is too exclusive, their art too refined for mass consumption. They are demanding that we vault the game, making it a legendary artifact available only to the chosen few who already own it.

This is not a drill. According to their virtual (and glitter-bombed) binding notice, we are required to delist Celebrity Kombat from Steam on October 15th, 2025.

We are in emergency negotiations to see if there is any way to appease these pixelated divas, but things look grim. We wanted you, our loyal community, to be the first to know.

Stay tuned. We're doing everything we can.

Sincerely (and with our servers held hostage),

The Team at Celebrity Kombat Corp.
