Hello Heroes,
we have a brand-new update for the demo of Forgotten Mines, which will give you a much-better experience of what the final game will play like!
- New UI!
- Several bug fixes;
- Better sound effects for click, hover and game texts;
- Added textual presentation in each area;
- It is now possible to skip the text of events;
- 6 rooms in each area;
- Each area now has a theme song;
- A secondary trombone track that increases volume as the player advances in the area;
- Animated visuals;
- Bosses and Sub-Bosses rebalanced;
- Corrected and more informative texts;
- Logos and intro texts are now skippable;
- Units receive additional AP at level 3 and 5 for free;
- With the exception of Healers, no class starts with the same perks or skills;
- Snipers now receive Sidestep as their initial skill: they can move up to two tiles on the sides for free, the -cost increases every time it is used and goes back to zero at the beginning of the new turn;
- The player can select enemies in the Positioning Phase to see what it is and how much it moves;
- When restarting a battle, the player returns from the Positioning Phase;
- Abandon Run button (and leave with the gems);
- HP bars shown above the player's units;
We hope you'll like this new demo!
And don't forget: Forgotten Mines will be available on Steam later in 2024! Until then, you can wishlist the game and play the demo!
