General Game Adjustments:
1. Added a new unit - Blacksmith.
2. Removed the Blacksmith Shop from the world map. Now the Blacksmith can join your Troop and help you craft equipment without limitations on attempts.
3. The refresh function at in-game facilities is now unlimited.
Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed an issue where several Emblems also work for the enemy.
2. Ensured that Tank's skill - Determination functions as intended.
3. Fixed a bug that Elemental Disorder would deal damage to allies.
