Hey everyone! I hope you’re doing well and keeping cozy! :)
We’ve been busy working on some top secret things for Flutter Away, many of which we can’t reveal just yet... However, something we CAN share is that Flutter Away has been selected to be a part of Indie Live Expo 2023 and Wholesome Direct 2023!! 🎉💖
Indie Live Expo is an annual event that highlights 300+ upcoming indie games with the ‘hottest indie game news’! It’s broadcasted in 3 different languages - Japanese, Chinese and English and consists of a livestream event where hosts provide commentary about the games being featured. This is our first time being a part of this Japanese-led event, and we’re very much looking forward to it!
You can catch the livestream on Youtube, it’ll begin at our local time 20 May 10 pm NZT, 3 am PT, 6 am ET: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pq98_h4V3_s
Wholesome Direct 2023 is happening on June 10 at 9 am PT, 12 pm ET… which is June 11 at 4 am in our local timezone NZT! 🙈 Catch the future of cozy and uplifting gaming with an hour of exclusive footage and announcements from 70+ indie games, including Flutter Away! (We’re so excited for this, it’s one of the events we always look forward to in a year!!) For more info visit www.wholesomegames.com! 🌼💕
As a small team from all the way in New Zealand, being part of events like this is a huge deal for us and we can’t believe that our short exploration game will be included alongside a lineup of some amazing games. We’re so grateful to have been selected and can’t wait for you to see what we’ll be sharing during these events! <3
