DECEMBER 11 UPDATE:
Agents,
Due to the ongoing technical issues affecting The Division on Xbox and PC, we are pausing the Survive Fest event and postponing the planned event stream. Our priority is to resolve these issues as quickly as we can.
We want to thank everyone for the incredible engagement over the past days. It was amazing to see so many agents returning to New York and showing how strong this community tradition has become. We truly appreciate the excitement and support you have shown.
The Survive Fest will come back bigger and better, supported by ongoing improvements including the upcoming 60 FPS update for The Division on PlayStation! We will share more information soon.
Here is what you can expect during this pause:
Everyone who extracted during the past two days will receive their rewards.
20 players from the first stream slot will receive the Woodsman bundle as planned.
This reward will be available again when Survive Fest returns.
The silver patch will continue to be granted to everyone who logs in to The Division 2 until December 15.
Survive Fest will resume with a new schedule, from January 22 to January 27.
An additional reward is being prepared for everyone who joined the event. It will be granted on January 27.
The storm never truly left, agent, it only waited.
From December 9 to December 15, the community is heading back to the snow-covered streets of the The Division to relive the experience that shaped some of the toughest agents. Survive Fest invites everyone to revisit the original Survival mode, push through the cold again, and earn rewards that carry over into The Division 2.
This celebration is more than a return to a fan favorite. It marks the road toward Survivors, a brand-new game mode currently in development. All players who take part in the event will receive a short survey afterward. Your feedback will help the team shape this new mode with the community at its core.
HOW TO JOIN
Jump into Survival in The Division at any time between December 9 and December 15. Fight the cold, gather what you can, keep your condition stable, and aim for one clear goal, reach extraction.
EVENT REWARDS
There are multiple ways to earn rewards during Survive Fest, with something waiting for everyone who takes part.

Rewards Delivery
All Survive Fest rewards will be delivered to winners via The Division 2 in-game mailbox once the event ends.
To make sure everything arrives correctly, please double-check that you are playing both The Division and The Division 2 on the same Ubisoft account, since items cannot be transferred between different accounts.
The Woodsman Outfit is available in the in-game store from December 9 through December 23 for agents who would like to pick it up directly during the event.
Survival has always been a place where instinct matters, where timing is everything, and where every step deeper into the storm reminds you why you are still standing. Survive Fest is the chance to return to that moment.
Step into the storm and hold your ground.
