📢 Survivors, a major update is here! This time, we're introducing a completely revamped radiation system, which will drastically impact your survival in hazardous zones!
🆕 New Indicator: Radiation ☢
From now on, radiation is a key gameplay element! You'll accumulate radiation based on your environment and clothing.
👣 How does radiation work?
• Entering a radiation zone: The radiation gauge will start increasing. The longer you stay, the more radiation you absorb.
• Leaving the zone: Radiation will gradually decrease over time. The higher the dose, the longer it takes to recover.
• Dangerous limit: Once the radiation gauge reaches 50% or more, your health will start deteriorating. If you lower it below this threshold, you will stop taking damage (as long as you’re not in the radiation zone anymore).
🛡 Radiation Protection – How to Stay Safe?
Your clothing now affects how much radiation you absorb.
👕 Types of Protection:
• No clothing: Full radiation exposure, gauge increases rapidly! ⚠️
• Basic clothing: Slower radiation buildup but still accumulates over time.
• Special Protective Suit (Yellow Rubber Suit): Full protection – radiation does not increase if you are wearing the full set:
◦ Rubber raincoat
◦ Rubber pants
◦ Gas mask
🔄 Revamped Radiation System
🚀 Previously, stepping into a radiation zone would deal damage after 15 seconds. Now, we have reworked it: ✅ Radiation must accumulate first! Health damage only starts when the radiation gauge reaches 50% or more. ✅ You can safely exit radiation zones! If you leave before hitting the critical level, you have a chance to survive without taking damage. ✅ Survival strategy is now key! You need to plan your movements, gear, and supplies carefully to escape the deadliest areas alive.
