Another patch, adding the long-requested support for video modes in the options screen.

[Quality of Life (QoL)]
- Added selectable "Video Mode" in Options, now supporting "Full Screen", "Full Screen Windowed", and "Windowed" modes.
- Fixed: The escape portal could open at min 19:58, thus preventing the unlocks requiring a 20:00 mins runtime.
