Changes/Fixes
- Fixed a bug which was causing Frostlash's sound to be unaffected by settings.
- Fixed a bug which could cause the + sign on the paragon tree button to always be flashing
- Homing Missiles (Weapon) - Damage increased from 35->42
- Swarm (Ship) - Base ability damage increased from 50->55
- Bloodlust (Artifact) - Increased trigger speed from 1s->0.5s
