Changes/Fixes

• Fixed an issue where you were able to stack artifacts higher than intended when using the recycler.
• Fixed a bug where you could gain the benefits of the In Formation skill in coop without having it unlocked.
• The artifact shop no longer appears if you have no artifacts left in the item pool.
• Lowered the glow intensity of HELIOS' Meteor passive and fixed sound.
• Lowered enemy health scaling in the 3rd and 4th arena.
