As revealed in our latest reveal trailer at the VR Games Showcase 2026, Virus! has arrived. It joins the platform as a free* game for every All On Board! player, courtesy of Tranjis Games. Haven't watched it yet? Here it is:
In this game, experimental virus outbreaks have escaped the lab and only you can stop them! Collect your organs, keep them safe from infection, and use your cards to mess with your opponents along the way.
*: Virus! will be available for free for a limited two-year period, from August 20, 2026 until August 20, 2028. Anyone who joins All On Board! during that time will keep Virus! unlocked forever.
Virus! is fast-paced, easy to learn, and full of unexpected twists.
Build a healthy body out of four organs before anyone else does, while the rest of the table is trying to stop you from doing exactly that. Infect an opponent's organ, watch someone destroy the one you spent three turns protecting, and get used to plans falling apart at the worst possible moment.
You can play Virus! with your friends just like in real life, and all the cards are in the game: Organ Cards, Virus Cards, Medicine Cards, Treatment Cards and Multicolored Cards.
Like every licensed game on the platform, Virus! comes with its own immersive environment and soundtrack: a virtual laboratory built specifically for VR, with original music composed for it.
Virus! is also one of the easiest ways to experience All On Board! for the first time. If someone in your group has never played board games in VR, or barely plays board games at all, this is the one to start with.
Speaking of that… learning how to play couldn’t be easier! The Learning Hub has been updated with everything you need to get started, all available right inside the platform.
Nothing needs to be set up, and the rules take less time to explain than a round takes to play. Gather your VR crew for a few short sessions and see whether the friendships survive the backstabbing.
Virus! has sold more than 3 million copies worldwide, it was a bestseller in Spain in 2019 and 2020, and it ranks among the best known Spanish board games out there. It has also received multiple industry accolades:
Best Spanish Game 2015 (PAP Awards)
Finalist, Best Family Game 2019 (Finnish Toy Association)
Best Family Game 2021 (Årets Spil)
The last update also brought a round of improvements to the All On Board! Club, your official destination for exclusive member benefits! If you haven't joined yet, it's free and it only takes a minute. Being a member gives you access to the Featured Game of the Week, so you can try a different DLC every week at no cost.
This week it's Terraforming Mars, where you lead a corporation in the race to make the Red Planet habitable. Spend resources, deploy advanced technology and outmaneuver your rivals before they claim victory. If you've been curious about it, now's the time: jump in, grab a seat and see how it plays!
Since only the host needs access to the game, now's the perfect time to gather your VR squad. Members also get direct access to the Game Scheduler from the hub, so you can plan your next session without leaving the platform.
Virus! is out now, and the lab is open. Beware of those nasty infections! Thanks for playing, and see you on board.
