To all users who have been following and are ready to experience the new version:
Hello everyone, and Happy Chinese New Year. Recently, information such as the store page for the new version has passed review, but the new version itself is still being tested and is not yet ready to be released. To avoid any misunderstanding among users, we have decided to remove the download access to the old version to prevent a mismatched experience. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
This means that although the old version still exists, if you try to launch the game and receive a message indicating that the EXE file cannot be found and the game won't start, please don't worry. This issue arises precisely because we have removed the old version, and it does not mean you will be unable to access this game in the future.
(If you have downloaded the legacy version before removing, then you can play the legacy one normally. The removing does not take effect to those users who have downloaded until the default pack is also replaced.)
If you have already purchased the original version of Ease Out and have not requested a refund before this announcement and need related support, please contact us:
We will tailor a satisfactory after-sales solution based on your situation, including compensation options such as a refund, bonus content for the new version, or an invitation to participate in the new version's beta test. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Sincerely,
FloatGamingStudio
