1.5.2 MPEG, VHS and Poolrooms AMD GPU Crash

MPEG modes updated. 480p and 540p replaced with Long Play (LP) and Extended Play (EP). Compression is less harsh now.
MPEG now adjusts the VHS filter automatically so it doesn’t get overly intense.
VHS 2 reworked and set as default. It’s closer to the original VHS effect from earlier versions of Disminal. The previous version introduced in 1.3 was causing crashes on some AMD GPUs near the Poolrooms Dark area. This should now be fixed. The older VHS variant may return later once it’s more stable and fully tested.
