Small update to address the following:
- Fixed - Heightmap sampling for putting grid is now more precise
- Fixed - Rendering ball trail on greens where the ball rolls back down a hill
- Fixed - TTS now works on Windows when in Big Picture Mode
- Fixed - Keyboard entry for multiplayer chat works in Big Picture Mode when no controllers are connected
- Fixed - Avatars now correctly index in Profile editor when there are locked avatars and workshop models have been installed
- Updated - Reduced overdraw of water plane and skybox materials
