Hello again, Surveyors! Thank you so much for your interest in FOR MOTHER MATRON! Like yesterday's patch, I have some more small fixes, tweaks, and additions that bring the game closer to being the best it can be!
PATCH NOTES
New Things:
- Added voiced dialogue for Pux in the scene where you talk with him in the cave.
- Added voiced dialogue for the Mother Matron when you talk to her outside of her chamber in the beginning portion of the game.
-Added a vomit sound effect if you throw up the free sample of meat from Meaty Marissa. Very immersive.
-Mac build has now been enabled! Please let me know how it works, as I do not have a Mac to test on yet!
Tweaks:
- Added some more writing for a few scenes, along with some slight revisions to help with clarity.
- Fixed some more typos
Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug in Danger Scenario 3 where a jump command had an incorrect label, resulting in an error.
- Fixed instances where the wrong sprite was called for Rich and Pux, which would cause the placeholder grey renpy silhouette thing to appear.
Removed Things:
- Removed a holdover from the original 2020 release of For Mother Matron in Danger Scenario 2 where it'd flash a warning message at you with a mysterious voice telling you you're in danger. This made more sense for the original version of the game when the plot was a little different. Somehow I'd missed this, but it has been removed now as it no longer fits with the game and was not meant to be there.
Be sure to restart Steam to make sure the update applies.
