Minor patch and a language select menu
patch notes:
-language menu added
-can shoot while hoverboarding again
-hoverboard shooting mechanic now updated to allow shooting within a cone of vision instead of a straight line only
-teleports and jumpers can be seen from further distances
-fixed some issues with corrupted save data breaking menu functionality
-launching the executable directly outside of steam no longer causes issues where achievements would have been granted.
