Check out the all new BASICs level by starting a New Game, or selecting it from the Level Select menu. It has a very cool day/night cycle (Spare Parts, too).
Launchtube has some minor tweaks too, mostly to the graphics.
Lots of other small changes, like the loading screens and main menu.
