Hello Vikings!

It's been a while since our last dev update, so now that the new patch is out it's time for our next one.

Over the year we've been in early access, and even before that, we've gotten a lot of feedback about our skilltree and felt the need to make a change. Our goal was to make the skilltree for each character to be unique and create different playstyles for them as well as make the player a little more powerful when at max level. To make this goal happen we decided against being able to max out the skilltree and instead being able to max out ONE path of the skilltree. With this said it's not 100% complete and we already have some smaller changes in mind to look forward to.

We've also gotten some questions about a demo and quick answer is that no, we will not release a demo of our game.

Now we know that this patch took some more time than others, almost 5 months to be exact, which is a bit longer than we'd hoped. But this was actually our last major patch before 1.0 so it deserved the extra time we gave it. And with the skilltree finally released we will go back to a more consistent release schedule, with around 1 month between each patch. These patches will focus on bugfixing, balancing or adding smaller features like new weapons. And believe us, we've got lots more of those left in us. And also, we're still in the process of finding a solution for savefiles, as well as adjusting the lootpool for the game's weapons 🌟

As always you can check out the roadmap on steam in the patch notes to see what is still planned.

Thank you for reading! Hope you have a great weekend! 🌟
