This Hotfix is resolving an issue where The Merchant stops giving the player new quest letters.
This issue occurred if the game is closed right after The Merchant leaves the forge after completing the metal tutorial.
If your current save is soft locked, you will need to ring the bell so The Merchant leaves and comes back again.
