Misc Changes:
Added a Ko-fi button on the main menu, and in the settings menu.
Changed "Nelizyeck's Tribute" desc to: "Hitting a mob spawns a tentacle from the void to fight other nearby mobs."
The void tentacle from "Nelizyeck's Tribute" now has a cooldown.
Void tentacle's now deal 25% weapon damage every second.
Campfires no longer blow out when an item is looted or a mob is killed.
You gain a "Restful" buff at the start of every floor, which allows you to sleep at a campfire.
Looting an item or killing a mob removes your "Restful" buff, and only yours.
Fixes:
Fixed campfires blowing out at the start of every floor if you loaded into the game after sleeping.
Fixed new Molten Collapse music "Into the Embers" being too loud.
Fixed the Character Slot prestige reward not increasing your available slots.
Fixed "Bloodforged Mass" not healing when procced.
