Dear Metas,
With the official launch on mobile platforms, the development team has optimized the definitions and penalties for various in-game violations. We will continue to refine the fair play rules alongside game updates.
Thank you for your continued support of Once Human. We are committed to providing a fair and healthy gaming environment to ensure a pleasant experience for all players.
Anti-Cheat Measures
The use of any cheats, third-party tools, or unfair practices that compromise game fairness is strictly prohibited. Confirmed violations will result in non-appealable account bans and the list of offenders will be announced regularly on our official website and other platforms. We encourage players to report violations through in-game channels to help maintain a fair gaming environment.
Penalty Category
For severe violations, we will impose account Forbidden.
Penalty Measures
Depending on the violation, we apply varying degrees of penalties:

A: Logging in from unauthorized devices or under suspicious circumstances may result in a ban.
To keep Once Human fair and secure, cooperation between developers and players is essential. We do not tolerate any behavior that undermines the game's balance. Confirmed violations will be penalized, and the list of penalized players will be announced on our website. We are committed to maintaining a positive gaming environment for our players.
