Hello everyone!

We just wanted to let you know that we are aware of issues resulting in crashes and black screens following the release of our DLC, The Prisoner.

We hereby want to briefly address this issue: It stems from a problem with Shader Model 5.0, a software common across a wide range of GPUs, which causes the issues on both DX11 and DX12. This problem "only" affects PC players, as consoles do not use Shader Model 5.0.

We are actively working on a solution to this and other known issues and will release a patch as soon as possible. A patch is currently in testing to ensure the issue is completely resolved across the board. We will provide updates as soon as more information on release timing of said patch becomes available.

While we are not able to respond to every post or bug ticket, rest assured that we read and digest them all.
