Stage 2 Landcarrier Boss gets an overhaul including new graphics and behaviors. New Steam Leaderboards, Achievements, and various QoL changes.

- Landcarrier Boss can deploy enemy tanks from its side doors
- Implemented rudimentary support for Steam Leaderboards, Steam Stats, and Steam Achievements.
- Added new stylized 'PAUSED' graphic to pause menu
- Added Special Weapon stock limit ('Arcade' and 'EX-Brutal' difficulties only [for now])
- Implemented (+1) item Extend. May be collected in Stage 3 under certain conditions.
