Happy New Year!
Now that the holidays are over, I've been working on new content for Clientele. This update will be a huge addition. The biggest change will be the addition of apartments. You'll start will a small apartment, but can get a better apartment as you gain more money. Apartments will charge rent, so nicer apartments will cost more upfront and through rent.
Another addition will be time. As you do certain activities, time will progress. This is how rent will be applied and appointments will actually be appointments at a certain time of day. This adds another level of management for the game, as good time management will greatly improve your character's performance in the bedroom.
Needs are coming to the game. Between appointments, you'll have to maintain your own needs like eating and sleeping. If you go into an appointment with low needs, your stamina will be lower, which will make it more challenging to satisfy your Client, and you won't earn as much money.
To satisfy those needs, new events will be added to the game. You'll be able to sleep in your apartment. Be mindful that this will progress time. You'll be able to go to a shop and buy food that can be eaten in the kitchen.
Other events won't satisfy needs, but will satisfy skills. For example, you'll be able to exercise and increase your stamina. Better apartments will have better ways to increase these skills, which is why it will be important to upgrade apartments.
I don't have a timeline when this update will be released because there are still details to work out, and it's generally a big update. If you're enjoying the game, leaving a review would be helpful and If you have any questions or bugs to report, join the Steam Discussions and let me know!
