A big ol' update today!
We're adding a bunch of features that have been requested by the community time and time again, along with a collection of things I've had on my to-do list for too long.
I should probably get smaller updates out more often - I got a little carried away and this one grew to be larger than it should've. Oh well, here it is, hope you enjoy all the new stuff!

Clan quests are now all weeklies rather than dailies and there's 4-5 of them, each containing a few different tasks
Combat quests can include bosses that your clan has at least 100 KC in
The 5th quest is a raid quest that becomes available when your clan has 100 completions in both Reckoning of the Gods and Guardians of the Citadel, as well as a minimum reached wave of 50 in Bloodmoon massacre
The clan leader and deputy leaders can reroll quests
2 rerolls available per week by default, up to a total of 6. Only uncompleted tasks within a quest are rerolled.
2 more rerolls are available with the new clan upgrade, "Roll it!". This upgrade costs 50,000 clan credits and a new item that has a 7.5% chance to drop when completing a clan quest
An additional 2 rerolls are available in a separate pool which requires the reroller to have the Quester token unlocked
The difficulties of quest tasks scale based on the amount of members in your clan and the levels of your clan members
When you complete a quest, it can be claimed for a reward. There are currently about a total of 30 different reward options in the pool. Regular quests give you 3 options to choose 1 from, boss quests and raid quests give you 4. Only the clan leader and deputy leaders can claim these
These rewards are temporary buffs that last for the remainder of the week as well as the full upcoming week. Buffs are temporary modifiers such as boosts in certain skills, offensive and defensive stat boosts, more clan credits, better chances of receiving certain drops in given loot tables, more skilling tickets, more Exterminating crates and so on. Your clan can have at most 5 active buffs at a time
On top of providing temporary buffs, clan quests can drop 3 new items when completed and claimed. Whether or not a quest is going to give bonus rewards is decided at quest generation time, so you'll see in advance if a quest has bonus rewards in it. Rerolling a quest won't change its bonus items
Clan sigil: used to purchase the new "Roll it!" upgrade
Clan key: doesn't do anything... yet
Taskmaster's notes. Used to purchase "The Taskmaster" upgrade, which raises your task queue size. Every clan member receives these upon quest completion. Sent straight to the inventory for the claiming member, others will get their via the clan's claimable items
The Otherworldly weapon effect is active against clan quest enemies
To prevent clan hopping in search of favourable buffs, you can only benefit from a quest's temporary buff if you were in the clan when the quest was generated
You can view quest progression in the quests popup to quickly see where your clan is standing, but you'll need to navigate to the quests page in your clan to see full information

The clan recruitment centre popup has been reworked. The popup now contains more than just a list of active clans.
Clans page
The old sliders have been replaced with language, category and region filters
There's now more variety in the clans you see in the recruitment centre. You can sort by highest activity (as before), show clans in order of creation date (newest first) or look at clans in random order where any clan with a non-zero activity score can show up
The list now only shows clans you can join: recruiting, not full, recently active and with a total level requirement you meet. Searching for a clan by its exact name still finds any clan
Clan entries are now more neatly presented and show more information about the clan than before, such as its house, upgrades, total level, region and recruitment message. You can apply straight from the list
Clans can now set a main region to make it easier to find players in similar time zones
Players page
Players looking to join a clan can now create a listing with their language, category and region preferences and a short introduction
Clan leaders and deputies can browse listings and invite players straight from the list. Only players who meet the clan's minimum total level are shown
Listings show whether the player is online, or when they were last online
Sort players by most recent listings, newest players first or randomly
A listing stays up for 7 days after it was last saved or bumped, and is removed when you join a clan. It can be bumped once a day to bring it back to the top of the most recent list
Applications and invitations
If you're not in a clan, this page shows the invitations you've received from clans and the applications you've sent. Invitations now show the clan's language, category, member count and recruitment message, and you can withdraw applications you've sent
If you're a clan leader or deputy, you'll see the invitations the clan has sent out and the applications it has received. Sent invitations can now be cancelled
Applications and invitations now automatically expire after 7 days and won't be shown to you or the clan afterwards. Joining a clan removes all your other pending applications and invitations
A clan can have up to 30 pending invitations, and a player up to 30 pending applications
Clan leaders and deputies now edit all recruitment settings (recruiting, language, category, region, minimum total level and recruitment message) in one place, through the "Modify recruitment listing" button in the Management tab or the clan recruitment centre
Ironmen can no longer access the recruitment centre
Clan leaders are now notified if a player declines their invitation
Group ironmen can take full advantage of the new recruitment centre. They'll only see the listings of group ironman clans and other group ironman players
The "Clan" page when you're not in a clan has been reworked as well. Things are presented in a more visually pleasing way than before, and it now lists the most active clans you can join. The direct link to invitations and the "Join a clan" name field were removed. All of that now lives inside the clan recruitment centre, and its button on the Clan page shows how many new invitations you have - if any.
Applications and invitations sent before this update won't carry over, so existing ones will be lost
You'll now see a little "Welcome to the clan" message with some basic information on what you can do in a clan. If you're online when your application is accepted, you'll see it on your next log in

You can now configure and queue up to 16 different tasks to be completed in order. The default queue size is 6, and it can be raised by purchasing the tiered `The Taskmaster` upgrade, which costs some gold and `Taskmaster's notes` (available from clan quests)
Works both online and offline
2 convenient settings for automatically setting up queues
"Train" mode. When you've selected a skill in the queue popup, press the Train button to automatically fill the queue with relevant tasks. When you reach the level for a new task, you'll automatically move to that task
The quest popup has received an option to add your active quests to the task queue. This makes the previous quest auto-completion functionality obsolete and that has now been removed
You can now set a back-up task that is started whenever you would otherwise go idle. The only way you should be able to go idle now is if you directly cancel the task you're doing. If you log out while idle, the back-up task will be activated retroactively and be used for your offline progression
You can also set a pet back-up task
Accessible from the Task behaviour button in the home page

7 tracks total, one of which is an original soundtrack: A Clan Is Born
5 tracks play in the background most of the time, with bosses and raids having their own dedicated songs
A basic music player can be found in the audio section of settings. You can control volume or permanently mute music here as well if you prefer - I won't hold it against you
29 new sounds have been added as well. You can see what exactly they are in settings and toggle them on and off as you prefer
If you play on PC and on multiple characters at once, you'll probably want to mute music on all but 1 of them. Settings are remembered per character

Item gains, item losses and experience gains are now presented differently to hopefully better visualize your gains as well as provide more relevant data
When you gain or lose an item, you can now see how many of that item you have in total
Task completions now combine everything into a single card for better visual clarity
Items your pets collect are shown separately and your pet's icon will be displayed
Modifiers (such as upgrades and items) impacting the task outcome are displayed in the card as well
Items received in combat are presented differently from ordinary item gains, to better see and keep track of what you're receiving in combat. Rare drops have distinct visuals and stay on the screen for longer
You can tweak in settings what you want these new cards to show or choose to not show them at all
Clan-bound items
Items can now be clan-bound. Receiving a clan-bound item will automatically route it to a section of your clan's vault (doesn't take up vault space). Clan-bound items cannot be withdrawn, they can only be used for purchases within the clan
Current clan-bound items are the new bonus item drops from clan quests: Clan sigil and Clan key
Chat
There's now a Friends channel in the chat. Unlike other channels, this channel doesn't keep a history and doesn't persist between sessions
Automatically created group combat and raid channels are now both called Party
Automatically created party channels now stay alive for 5 minutes after your party disbands, to give party members some extra time to coordinate loot splits and such
Your loadouts will now automatically update when upgrading your equipment. Applies to the following:
Upgrading an item with a gemstone
Upgrading a combat pet
Enchanting a jewelry for the first time
Inventory sorting buttons
Graphically updated
Results now show placeholder items and items in storages
Results are now grouped together more robustly, with high tier items being shown first
Changes to game update flow to make things smoother. Most of it back-end, but you'll notice the following changes
Not everyone is disconnected at the exact same time when the update finishes, so things could look a bit broken if the timer went down to zero and nothing happened for some time. There's now a loading popup letting you know that the update has started and you'll be disconnected shortly
You'll no longer be instantly taken to character selection when a game update starts. Instead, you'll be notified that a game update has started and you'll be redirected to character selection once you acknowledge it. This is primarily so that idle players don't needlessly hammer our servers all at once
You'll be notified when servers are back online and you can log in
Before entering combat, you can now optionally configure how many kills you want to complete in battle. If you set a goal here, combat will automatically end when the goal is reached
When fighting enemies that have an item requirement (bosses), you'll now see in the combat page how many of that item you have left (if you're the team leader or solo)
Task stats popup now shows you all modifiers that impact your current task
Titles are now displayed in clan member lists (both clan page and clan recruitment pages) and friend lists
Items gained in combat are now displayed in a new way to make it easier to see what you're receiving
Scroll views should no longer scroll on their own when closing and re-opening interfaces. Scroll bars should now remain exactly where you leave them
Ignis heartwood can now be stored in material storage
Clan bosses kill counts shown in achievements will now update in real-time without requiring you to relog or open the PvM stats popup
GotC tools can now proc the Wrong tool for the job achievement
All chat message icons are now hoverable
Potions were graphically updated
When opening an achievements section where you have a new achievement unlocked, you'll now be automatically scrolled to that achievement
Inventory searches can now include items of a given category even if names don't match (e.g. Tempered obsidian will show up when searching for "bar", and "Ignis heartwood" will show up when searching for "Plank"
Party planner toggle state in skilling party events now persists between sessions
Claiming daily boosts no longer displays the claimed minutes in decimals
Soft notifications now have a queue with small delays and should no longer stack on top of each other
You can no longer assign combat loadouts to enemies without having the auto loadout token unlocked. Loadout functionality wasn't changed, your loadouts just didn't equip when fighting enemies that you had a loadout assigned to if you didn't have the token unlocked. This should be clearer
Added a new quest for plundering Ancient tribe. It has a 10% chance to reward 1-2 Ancient keys upon completion
Soft notifications are now hidden when switching characters to prevent unintended click callbacks
When starting a task from outside of the task page (such as pressing a clan quest task), you'll now be scrolled to the task if necessary to make sure the task you've started is visible
Added a discrete visual indicator for currently active tasks
The arrow-equip stage in the tutorial now sets the equipped item stack to 10 rather than 1, as running out of arrows in combat and continuing attacks could look a bit buggy to new players not knowing the game's arrow mechanics
Disabled storages now have a red cross shown on top of them to make that a more visually distinguishable state
The auto raid token description now tells you what raids you've unlocked AFK raiding for, if any
The auto raid token in the profile now has an orange background if you've unlocked 1 or more raids but not all of them
Daily & weekly quests now show the amount of keys you have in boss quests
The holiday event button now becomes visible a week prior to the next event starting and displays a cooldown

The daily boost experience now applies to the experience your pet shares with you from its tasks and to experience from raids
The master achievement requiring you to kill a clan boss in under 5s is now only enabled for the default game mode
Receiving a rare chest is no longer a milestone
Moved the Boss slayers achievement from Hard to Master
The Deep reserves achievement no longer accepts holiday currencies
You'll now only hit 0s in the clan combat experience event if you reach the experience cap
Damage and defence buffs from weekly clan quests now apply to raids
You'll now stop seeing Food factory plundering quests at level 101 and Royal clan quests at level 116

Existing loadouts will no longer break and require reconfigurating when Enchanting a piece of jewelry with its first enchantment scroll or upgrading combat pets
Fixed an issue in offline progression that could cause your offline progress to end prematurely. This could happen when doing tasks where a portion of the task's costs are saved
achievement_plunder_normal_brush was missing its localization
Tasks wouldn't appear to visually end if you ran out of resources for that task without being on that task's page. Server side worked as expected, so just a visual bug
Fixed the Collection box notification icon not being hidden correctly when receiving items and opening the popup by pressing the notification rather than from the profile page
Fixed the Party planner clan upgrade sometimes not working as expected
Patched two places where your inventory could briefly desync between the client and server and cause you to disconnect
Fixed X'ing out of some master account login confirmation popups resulting in you getting soft blocked and needing to restart the game
Fixed a visual issue in gained experience from raids that could lead the client to thinking that you received more experience than you really did. This corrected itself when relogging
Fixed receiving items from other players not visually adding those items to your withdrawal box if you had the popup open when receiving items and requiring you to reopen it. This also fixes a desync that could trigger when receiving multiple items from the same player, requiring you to relog to see your claimed items in your inventory
Fixed the "Receive a boss key" achievement only unlocking from monsters in Lair of beasts. Receiving a key from any sources should now unlock the achievement
The "Invite to clan" button in player profiles incorrectly had the text "Invite to party"
Fixed boss keys earned during offline progression not showing up in the offline progress summary
Fixed the clan recruitment page sometimes showing old names of players that had changed their display name
Fixed premium and Gilded icons sometimes not showing for other members in the clan member list. They should now start showing correctly after each member's next login
Fixed group boss fights sometimes showing loot, kills and "Show us the money" rolls against the wrong party member after someone had left the lobby. This was a visual bug, loot was always given to the right player and relogging would've corrected it
Fixed boss entries not recognizing keys in the key storage
Fixed BMM boss attacks landing before the enemy's attack bar visually filled up
Fixed a rare BMM issue where two players finishing a wave at the same time could skip a wave and cause enemies to attack twice as often for the rest of the run
Fixed characters sometimes going idle after clan events or skilling party tickets while the game still showed their previous task as running
Fixed Potion of Forgery and Potion of Trickery draining faster than normal while offline when Potion of Ancient Knowledge was also active
Fishing with the Most efficient fisherman upgrade and using consumables, automatically cooking caught fish would cause bait to be used twice rather than using seasoning for cooking. Fixed
Clicking some buttons during the tutorial (such as DPS calcs and loot info) would correctly block the popup from being opened but the popup's background would still be activated and shown above the tutorial character and his dialogue. Fixed
Fixed Cooking and Smithing not visually giving experience in Reckoning of the Gods. Experience for these tasks was being given in the background and no modifications were done to the amount of experience granted by these tasks
Otherworldly essence with the Ways of the genie upgrade was giving a bigger boost in defence than intended. Fixed
Fixed an issue causing the The whole gang achievement to not always be unlocked when it should've been
The storage popup is now hidden when creating a player market offer from within it
Note: Android 6 support had to be dropped due to external requirements.
