Since long before we created Different Strokes I have been working on a large story-heavy action RPG called Kingdom of Night with another team. We significantly underestimated just how long it would take to build out a game like this. The game has about 90,000 words of dialogue, tens of thousands of sprites, and a 70 song soundtrack.
We just released a demo that lets you experience the first region of the game. I hope you'll consider checking it out and letting us know what you think!
