I've resolved an embarrassing bug.

Some people couldn't get into the game, and I found out there are also differences in how game configurations are read depending on the language system. This is the first time I've learned about this kind of issue.
Now I have fixed it. I'm very grateful to this friend, without whom I would never have discovered such a problem.
