DDE Patch 1.3 | Spooky Mode!

- Main Menu UI Now works with all screen sizes
- Options panel enlargened

- NEW GAME MODE! - Spooky mode
- Spooky mode replaces audio and changes the visuals of chapter 2 for an experience that is almost... scary.
- Performance mode does not make spooky mode any brighter

- Some minor bugfixes
