New Game: Interior Designer

Interior Designer

• I've had a great time working on Roomvas over the last 2 years. However, there is only so much I can do as a solo developer. To bring the game to the next level, I'm partnering with a publisher and we will be relaunching Roomvas as a new game - Interior Designer!
• Interior Designer will have major improvements over Roomvas:
  • An expanded catalog of 960 furniture and 11 sample layout designs.
  • A fully-fledged Career Mode with 20 client jobs to undertake
  • A revamped and streamlined UI and tutorial
  • Localization for 7 languages, including French, German, Chinese and Russian.

• Interior Designer will be backwards-compatible with Roomvas and your saved layout files can be transferred over.

• Visit the store page to learn more, and wishlist Interior Designer to get updates on the demo and release dates!

What will happen to the current version of Roomvas?

• As I will be focusing development efforts on Interior Designer, Roomvas will enter maintenance mode. No new major features will be added, but bug fixes and minor improvements will still continue.
• Roomvas and Roomvas Deluxe will be retired from the Steam store when a playable demo of Interior Designer is released (tentatively mid-2024). This means that new players will no longer be able to purchase or download Roomvas. However, existing owners who already have Roomvas and Roomvas Deluxe in the library will still be able to continue playing the game even after it is retired from the store.
• If you have any thoughts or suggestions for the relaunch, let me know in the forum or the Discord server!
