Since launch, many players have commented on the game’s English localisation, with concerns that they couldn’t enjoy the game to its fullest due to several issues.
Feedback we received included mentions of:
- Incorrect or missing text translations.
- Formatting/typography anomalies (e.g. line breaks, punctuation errors).
- Inconsistent terminology.
- Functional text (such as buttons and prompts) being displayed incorrectly.
We have worked diligently to address all of these. Here’s what we’ve done:
- A complete pass on all the game’s story moments.
- A complete pass on all secondary dialogue with NPCs.
- A complete pass on hint and prompt dialogue.
- Checks for consistency across the game for names, terms, etc.
- Rewritten notes and help text to aid in your adventure.
So, if you’ve been waiting to experience the game in English, now is the perfect time!
