Demo 3.0
We have updated the demo to 3.0! This is a huge patch and bring parity between the full game release and the demo itself. We listened to a bunch of feedback and changed a bunch of things to improve player experience. We are hoping that if you tried the demo before and found the levels to get boring and repetitive or if you hated pulling the lever over and over again you will enjoy this version of the demo significantly more.
Creating Better Puzzle Sightlines
After watching a number of play-throughs and talking to testers we decided to shuffle around the locations of the buttons in the first many levels to make it easier for you to watch your past self complete the actions needed to gain access to the data disk. This should make it easier to understand how time-travel is working and just more aesthetically pleasing. On a bonus we didn't predict it also opens up the levels in a way that makes them feel more engaging.

Adding Physics Objects to Puzzles
Something we wanted to add to the game for a long while but hadn't gotten around to yet was physics objects you could use after you fired the ball in a timeline. This requires a lot more work by your time-travelling clones, but after a lot of play-testing and bug hunting we got it so your clones can pick up, force pull, and slingshot physics objects.
The first way you will use this in Chrono Weaver is by interacting with removable batteries. These create a new factor in puzzles because you have to figure out how to get power to the right objects at the right time. If there is only 1 battery but 2 doors, how do you walk through both of them?
These removable batteries add a whole new side to the game and allowed us to remake the last 5 puzzles of the demo. We hope you enjoy them!
