Hey guys! Super quick update and announcement here.. Nicknames are finally here!
Additionally, the game is currently 40% for a limited time, the steepest sale to date! If anyone of your friends or family were waiting for a good opportunity to pick up the game, now will be the best time to do so for quite a while^^
As for Nicknames, you can attach a Nickname to any monsters in English, or Japanese Hiragana and Katakana by simply pressing the A button on a monster in your party info screen (when looking at their stats).
You should notice a hand cursor appears, which lets you switch between setting your monsters nickname, and form (via form changing).
Simply press A again to start either process.
At current, there seems to be an issue with form changing in some cases, where the animation plays but no form changes occurs.
We've been busy working on implementing other big features that we've mentioned in previous update blogs, but we will look into form changing and fix it as soon as we can.
As for future updates, we're hoping to have everything wrapped up and pushed out in a big update here in a few weeks! There will be announcements on X, Discord, and here at that time^^
Once that's finished, we'll officially be back to full time on MonMae and the Nuumonsters remake~
That's all for today, happy Spring Sale and enjoy!! If you come up with any funny nicknames, post a screenshot! I check those often so I'll look forward to seeing what fun and funny names you come up with :D
Cheers~
