• Added Antartica as Continent
• Added 2 Special settings for antartica in continent menu

1. Claims (Antartica will be divided based on countries claiming it)
2. Bases (Antartica will be all unclaimed exept research bases wich will be owned by country of origin)
3. Snow

• New province type snow (Goes to Flooded and then to wasteland and then to unclaimed)
• New province type Glacier (Won't do anything unless event)
• Added 3 IRL volcanos
• Glacier option for each continent

Events

• Disolve Antartic Treaty (Removes antartic treaty)
• New Antartic Treaty (Makes new Antartic Treaty with randomized negative effect on claiming)
• New Event Snow Storm (Creates a big chunk of snow provinces)
• New Event Melting Glacier (Makes all provinces around a glacier into flooded)
• New Event Research base (Gives a random unclaimed antartic province to a random nation)
• Added Snow Hurricane Type
• Added Glacier Hurricane Type

Score Changes

• Owning land in antartica while antartic treaty exists takes away x ammount of score from country
• Owning land in antartica while antartica treaty exist takes away X ammoutn of score from already claimed provinces
• Claiming new land in antartica while antartic treaty exists takes away x ammount of score per new province from country
