Did you know that living Spellbooks are actually mages who turned into books so their powers could be used by our heroine?
There will be 10 Spellbooks in total in the Early Access. Each book has:
- 1 Starting Stats Bonus
- 1 Starting Passive Ability, 1 Alternative Passive
- 1 Starting Spell, 1 Evolution, 1 Illegal variant
Spellbook Upgrades
Gain access to 2 different trees of unlockable upgrades to customize each run. Players can equip a certain number of perks from each tree. Players can unlock new perks for each tree by completing challenges with each Spellbook.
Break all possible laws with overpowered builds!
- More Active Spells & Passive Auras to make OP synergies.
- More Evolutions, More Illegal Upgrades.
Become stronger & Customize Difficulty as you want!
Apart from stat boost & aura limit upgrades, there is a level difficulty system called Malice. The player invests points earned by killing elites and doing tasks into 11 difficulty-increasing stats, and in return the player boosts initial stats & breaks initial limitations.
2 Maps that share the Malice upgrade system:
- Library Courtyard - 13 minutes mode
- Glacial Graves - 20 minutes mode
More planned for the Early Access!
Cursed Treasure Chests: when it is opened the player is offered a variety of rewards that have severe temporary downsides attached to them. Alternatively, the player can choose to Purge the chest to gain a bit of Experience instead.
Daily Challenge & Leaderboard: a randomized daily challenge with the daily hi-scores shared in the community
Steam Achievements: over 96 achievements for my fellow Completionists
More Gameplay and Endgame progression :)
