We have been getting some reports that our most recent patch is causing some previous save files to be corrupted, particularly if you were raising a mantis before the update.
We are working hard on a fix, which will hopefully allow these players to preserve their save data.
Unfortunately we cannot roll back this patch because this may cause even further save file corruption issues. So if your game was in progress before the patch, particularly if you are raising a mantis, you may want to hold off on playing and updating the game.
You can prevent an automatic update by changing Bugaboo Pocket's preferences on Steam:
If you have updated your game and are having issues loading the game, we are working hard to fix it and will make an announcement next week when a new patch is ready to be tested on our beta branch.
