Just a quick patch to address some issues that have been reported. If you've raised something else, don't worry, we're working on it! This is just a patch to deal with the things we've fixed right now so nobody has to wait.

- Fix issue that could get a Kingdom stuck in a never-applied saving state.
- Tweaked audio settings to try and alleviate quiet dungeon sounds in certain spaces.
- Prevent empty daily leaderboard names from sneaking through.
- Show loading notifier during initial login period if using DD.net saves.
