Hello, this is Project Moon.

The previously announced price adjustment for the package products has now been completed.
Please note that sales have resumed, and we would like to inform you of the follow-up measures.

Please refer below for more information.

[ App Store Package Sales Resumption ]
Sales resumption time: May 28th (Thu), around 15:40 (KST)

※ If you are unable to make a purchase, please completely close the game application and restart it. Purchases should proceed normally afterward.

[ Follow-up Measures Regarding App Store Price Adjustment ]
We plan to provide Paid Lunacy equivalent to the price difference for Managers who purchased the affected packages in Korean Won (KRW) before the price adjustment was applied.

- Eligible Recipients: Managers who purchased the affected packages in KRW by May 28th, 15:00
- Compensation Details: Paid Lunacy will be provided in an amount equivalent to the price difference of the packages affected by the pricing error.
- Date of Distribution: Jun. 4th Scheduled Update

※ We had initially planned to issue refunds for the affected packages; however, on iOS, payment authorization is delegated to the platform, and the game company cannot process refunds arbitrarily.
We deeply apologize that, due to this issue, we have no choice but to provide a Paid Lunacy compensation, based on the price difference.

If you would prefer a monetary refund instead of Paid Lunacy, please contact Apple Customer Support via the link below to proceed.
Please note that relevant purchased packages will be withdrawn from your account if a refund is processed.
